Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer returns and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the mistake and either replace the item or issue a refund, based on your preference.

Exceptions 

Our store does not provide returns for perishable food items. Due to the nature of food products and the potential risks associated with handling, we do not accept returns for food items once they have been delivered.

 

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame. The original payment method used for the purchase will be credited.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the returned product, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
