Our store does not provide returns for food items; all purchases are final.
Reason for No Returns: Due to the nature of food products and the potential risks associated with handling and storage, we do not accept returns for any food items once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the mistake and either replace the item or issue a refund, based on your preference.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame. The original payment method used for the purchase will be credited.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the returned product, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
